1. Objet

Les présentes Conditions régissent l'utilisation de MECCI, plateforme pour organiser et participer à des tournois sportifs ou récréatifs, fournie par Mecci.app.

Use of the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Inscription et compte

To use MECCI, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

L'accès peut se faire via des fournisseurs OAuth (ex. Google).

The user is responsible:

• for managing and safeguarding their credentials
• for all activities performed through their account
• for compliant use of the service

MECCI may suspend or limit accounts that show anomalous, fraudulent or non-compliant activity with the Terms.

3. Usage autorisé

The user undertakes not to use MECCI for illegal purposes or contrary to these Terms.

It is expressly prohibited:

• to use the platform fraudulently or in a way that infringes others' rights
• to attempt to bypass security systems, alter data or interfere with service stability
• Les contenus générés par l'utilisateur (noms d'équipes, résultats, messages) ne doivent pas être offensants, diffamatoires ou illégaux.
• to create tournaments involving dangerous, illegal or unauthorized activities

The user is responsible for the content they enter (team names, results, communications, etc.).

4. Fonctionnalités et disponibilité du service

MECCI is an evolving platform. Features may be updated, modified or removed over time.

Service availability may be temporarily limited due to:

• scheduled maintenance
• technical updates
• network or infrastructure issues
• force majeure

MECCI does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted service availability.

5. Plans payants et facturation (si applicable)

Details regarding paid plans, their prices and features offered are available on the website or in the app.

Unless otherwise indicated:

• plans provide for automatic renewal
• the user can disable renewal at any time before the scheduled date
• Les éventuels remboursements suivent la politique indiquée dans la page tarifs/FAQ.

6. Propriété intellectuelle

MECCI, its name, trademark, logo and graphic elements are the exclusive property of the service provider.

The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

User-generated content remains their property, but the user grants MECCI a non-exclusive license limited to service execution (e.g. to display content in tournaments).

7. Responsabilité

Mecci.app is not responsible for content uploaded or generated by users, nor for activities carried out by tournament organizers through the platform.

The service is provided "as is", without implied or express warranties regarding availability, reliability, accuracy or suitability for particular purposes.

Within the limits permitted by law, Mecci.app is not liable for:

• indirect, accidental, consequential or punitive damages
• data loss or inability to access the service
• malfunctions caused by third-party services (OAuth providers, payment providers, network infrastructure)

8. Résiliation et fermeture de compte

The user may discontinue use of the service at any time by deleting their account.

Deletion may result in removal or anonymization of associated data.

In case of Terms violation, Mecci.app may suspend, limit or close the user's account, without notice when necessary to protect service security or other users.

9. Loi applicable et juridiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

If the user is a consumer, any disputes will be handled by the court of the consumer's place of residence.

In other cases, the competent court is Florence.

10. Modifications aux Conditions

MECCI may periodically update these Terms. Changes will be published on this page and, when relevant, communicated via email or in-app notifications.

Continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
